Why now

Too few hands. Too much work.

Skilled workers are hard to find, and the jobs keep coming. Addvista brings order to your crew's day, earns you money on every site and helps build systems that take heavy, dangerous work off your people.

How it works

Work organized. Earn twice.

  1. 01

    Order in the crew

Hand out tasks to your crew and see who's working on what and what's done. In the Addvista app, for you and your people.

  2. 02

    Earn on top

A camera on the helmet or glasses, and your crew works as usual. For every clip that passes our review, we pay the business and the worker on top, every week.

  3. 03

    Covered

Recording runs only when your people start it, and always without audio. We remove faces, plans and client details before anything leaves the site. Rights are agreed in writing before the first frame.

  4. 04

    Toward safer work

Your footage helps build assistance and safety systems for the trades, and robots for heavy, dangerous work nobody wants to do.

Bring your crew on board: onboarding, cameras, training

For robotics labs & OEMs

Demonstrations, not raw video.

You get real skilled construction work, every step labeled, rights cleared. Ordered by trade, task and setting, delivered in the format your training pipeline expects.

Your team on Addvista

Your crew already does the work. Now it runs organized and earns twice.

One app for tasks, team and extra income. You decide who gets what. Your people see their share and their points.

For owners and leads

  • Hand out tasks, set due dates, confirm what's done.
  • Invite your crew by code, link or QR. Approve join requests in the app.
  • Set the rewards: a share per clip, a fixed amount per clip or per day, plus points.
  • You decide what's in frame. Plans, logos and clients stay out.

For your people

  • Clear tasks, and points that follow them from job to job.
  • Their own share of every clip, paid weekly.
  • Recording is voluntary and only runs when they start it. The camera looks at hands, not faces.
  • What they record in their own time is 100 % theirs.

Cameras, set up for your crew

We set up the cameras (paired, 1080p / 30 fps, audio off) and hand them over ready to go, with a short training for your crew.

Rights chain

The rights come before the first frame.

You stay in control. Every clip comes with a written record of who agreed to what.

01✓

The company

Approves recording on its site, in writing.

02✓

The worker

Works as usual. Recording is silent and only runs when they start it.

03✓

Everyone else

Faces, plans, logos and client details are removed.

04✓

The license

The proof of rights travels with the data to every lab.

Questions

Common questions.

Anything else? hello@addvista.com

Do my people have to take part?

No. Recording is voluntary for each person and can be stopped any time. Nobody is disadvantaged for saying no, and the task tool works without recording.

How is the money split?

You set the rule: a share per clip, a fixed amount per clip or per day, plus points. We pay the clip money weekly, and your people's share goes straight to them. Bonuses on top are tracked for your payroll.

What does it cost us?

The app and the team tools are free for you. We earn from licensing the clips.

Does recording slow down the job?

No. The camera sits on the helmet or glasses. The crew works as usual. Nobody poses and nothing is staged.

What leaves the job site?

Only labeled clips, after redaction. Bystanders' faces, building plans, logos and client details are removed first.

What are the clips used for?

To build assistance and safety systems and robotics for the trades, by us and by partners we license them to. Always with a proof of rights.

Which trades and regions do you cover?

Electrical, plumbing and heating, structural work and finishing, in Europe and the USA.

Real hands. Real sites. Real data. We add the view.
