Too dangerous for people.

Addvista records your technicians' maintenance work from their point of view, labels it and clears the rights. Your know-how stays in the company, and robots learn the work that puts people at risk.

Why now

Your know-how is retiring. The plants aren't.

Your most experienced technicians know the quirks of every unit. Over the next ten years, many of them will retire. Recording their work now keeps that knowledge, and trains the robots that will take on the dangerous jobs.

How it works

From the plant floor to a training set.

  1. 01

    Capture

A head-mounted camera, Ex-certified where the zone requires it. Your technicians work as usual during planned maintenance.

  2. 02

    Label

Every step gets labeled: task, hands, tool, contact, success or failure. Faces, screens, P&IDs and site details are removed before anything leaves the plant.

  3. 03

    License

Labs order by task, equipment and environment. You decide which recordings may leave your site.

  4. 04

    Deploy

The data trains robots for inspection, maintenance and repair, from any manufacturer. Fewer people in harm's way, less unplanned downtime.

For robotics labs & OEMs

Demonstrations, not raw video.

You get real maintenance work by qualified technicians, every step labeled, rights cleared with the operator. Ordered by task, equipment and environment, delivered in the format your training pipeline expects.

  • 01Egocentric RGB with motion data. Force sensing coming later.
  • 02Labeled steps: task, hand pose, tool, contact, outcome.
  • 03Real plants, real wear and corrosion, not a training rig.
  • 04A proof of rights for each recording, cleared for training.

For operators & maintenance teams

Your experts know every valve. Robots can learn it from them.

We record during planned maintenance, under your safety rules and with your approval. The know-how of your best people becomes training data, before they retire.

For operators

Know-how that stays.

  • Paid for every accepted clip.
  • A written agreement and your permit-to-work process, before the first frame.
  • You decide what's in frame. Control screens, drawings and site details stay out.
  • No extra downtime. Recording runs during planned work.

For technicians

Your experience pays off twice.

  • Your own share of the weekly payment.
  • The camera looks at your hands, not at you.
  • Colleagues' faces are blurred before anything leaves the site.

Nothing leaves the site without your sign-off.

Every clip lands in your approval queue first. Faces, screens and drawings are already removed. You release or withhold each clip before it goes to a lab.

Rights chain

The rights come before the first frame.

Industrial sites run on strict rules. So every clip comes with a written record of who agreed to what, from the operator to the technician.

01✓

The operator

Approves recording, tasks and zones in writing.

02✓

The worker

Works as usual. Recording is silent and only runs when they start it.

03✓

Everyone else

Faces, screens, drawings and site details are removed.

04✓

The license

The proof of rights travels with the data to every lab.

Questions

Common questions.

Anything else? hello@addvista.com

What exactly do you sell?

Licensed, labeled demonstrations of skilled maintenance and repair at industrial and energy sites. Each recording lists the task, equipment, tool and outcome, and comes with its proof of rights.

Can you record in Ex zones?

Yes, with ATEX/IECEx-certified head-mounted cameras and under your permit-to-work process. Outside Ex zones we use standard action cameras.

What about site security?

You approve every recording before it leaves the site. Control screens, drawings, signage and location details are removed, and nothing is licensed without your sign-off.

Does recording slow down the work?

No. We record during planned maintenance and turnarounds. Your team works to its usual procedures.

Can one hour go to several labs?

Yes, licenses are non-exclusive by default. You can also limit which labs receive recordings from your sites.

Which sites do you cover?

Power plants, refineries, chemical sites and grid operators in Europe and the USA.

Real hands. Real sites. Real data. We add the view.
