Recorded on real jobs
Helmet and head cameras show the hands and the work, not the wearer's face. The app guides each task and tells crews what to record.
About us
Skilled work lives in people's hands and has never been written down. We capture it from the worker's point of view and turn it into visual intelligence: know-how crews can share on any job, and robots can learn from.
Our mission
Why
Every year, experienced electricians, plumbers and carpenters retire, and their know-how goes with them. Too few people follow, and those who do often learn alone on site. Robots could take on the dangerous and repetitive parts, but they learn by watching real work, and almost no one has recorded how skilled work is actually done.
How
We go where the work happens. Crews wear a helmet or head camera while they work as usual, and get paid for every clip that passes review. We label each step and turn the footage into visual intelligence: for crews who want to organize, earn and back each other up, and for the labs building tomorrow's robots.
What drives us
Two futures, and both matter equally to us. In one, every worker has visual intelligence at hand, and crews can help each other on demand, wherever the job is. In the other, robots lend a hand on site with the hard, dangerous work, having learned it from the people who know it best.
What we build
Construction sites and skilled trades are our core. In the Addvista app, people can also share footage of other hands-on work, such as projects and repairs at home.
Helmet and head cameras show the hands and the work, not the wearer's face. The app guides each task and tells crews what to record.
Each clip is reviewed and broken into steps: task, hand pose, tool, contact and outcome. Faces and private details are removed.
Crews get a task app and extra income. Labs and robot makers get rights-cleared datasets, an API or recordings made to order.
What we stand for
01
Paid, not mined.
The people whose skill is in the footage get paid for it. Every accepted clip earns money.
02
Hands, not faces.
We record the work, not the worker. Faces, voices and private details stay out of the data.
03
Consent on record.
Every clip comes with the company's permission and the worker's consent, documented before the first frame.
04
Built with the trades.
We design with crews on real sites, not in a lab. If it slows down the job, it doesn't ship.

Team
We come from building design, AI, engineering and video. Between us, we know the job site and the models that will learn from it.
Careers
We're a small founding team with a big job ahead: put the know-how of the trades within reach of every crew, and of the robots that will work beside them. If you want real ownership and work you can see on a job site, we'd like to meet you. Send your CV, your LinkedIn profile, or both.
Remote · Europe or USA · Full-time or freelance · Equity
You open the doors to job sites. You build lasting partnerships with contractors, trade businesses and developers, and with the robotics labs that license our data.
What you bring
Remote · Europe or USA · Full-time or freelance · Equity
You turn first-person footage of skilled work into data robots can learn from: hand pose, tools, contact and outcome, step by step.
What you bring
Remote · Europe or USA · Full-time or freelance · Equity
You build what records the work: camera kits, sensors and the software that brings clean, synced footage from the job site into our pipeline.
What you bring
Remote · Europe or USA · Full-time or freelance · Equity
You tell Addvista's story to crews, trade businesses, labs and investors, and turn interest into new sites, app sign-ups and conversations.
What you bring
If you want to help bring visual intelligence to the trades and you know what you'd bring, tell us. Show us what you've built, and what you'd build here. We read every application.
