Investors · Seed round

The data layer for construction robotics.

Robots can't build yet, because nobody has shown them how. Addvista records skilled work on real job sites from the worker's point of view and turns it into visual intelligence, for the labs teaching robots to build and the crews doing the work today.

The thesis

Robot training data has a blind spot: construction.

Robots learn by watching real work. Kitchens, homes and warehouses are already being recorded at scale. Job sites aren't, even though construction is one of the biggest industries on earth. Whoever owns that data becomes the supplier to every lab trying to teach robots to build.

Why now

Three shifts, all at once.

01

Robot data is becoming a market.

Labs are paying for real-world demonstrations. Scale, microAGI and micro1 are building capture networks for homes and factories.

02

Hardware is on site. Skills are not.

Hilti Jaibot, Dusty, Okibo and Monumental are already working on job sites. Everything else is still done by hand.

03

Skilled labor is running out.

Germany had 16,270 unfilled building-electrician jobs in 2025. The US needs 349,000 new construction workers in 2026.

Business model

Record once.
Adapt for any use.

  1. 01

    We pay per accepted clip

Contractors and their crews get paid for every clip that passes our quality review. Rates are set per trade and project.

  2. 02

    Labs license

Labs and robot makers order by trade and task. Licenses are non-exclusive unless agreed otherwise.

  3. 03

    Every hour strengthens the dataset

One hour of footage can train models at several labs, and every additional hour adds to the value of the dataset.

What we sell

ML data and APIs for every sector.

Construction, trades and repair, industry and energy. Each lab picks the format that fits its pipeline.

01

Datasets

Ready-to-train datasets by sector, trade and task, annotated step by step.

License per hour

02

Data API

Labs query exactly the clips they need, filtered by trade, task and camera, and pull them straight into training.

03

Custom collection

New tasks recorded to order by our network of skilled workers, at the volume a lab needs.

Why Addvista

The camera is easy. The rights are hard.

01

Rights, not just footage.

Every clip comes with a paper trail: the contractor's permission, the worker's consent and proof of redaction. Without it, footage can't be sold.

02

We get onto the sites.

Site access comes through developers and general contractors, not gig apps. Our team comes from building design, AI and construction, and knows the people who run the sites.

03

Ready to train on.

Labs get demonstrations, not raw video: task, hand pose, tool, contact and outcome for every step, delivered in the format their training pipeline expects.

Where this goes

Same footage. Two markets.

What drives us is a future where visual intelligence helps on every job site, robots and people alike.

01Robots

Robots that lend a hand

Labs train robots on how skilled work is really done, so they can take on the dangerous and repetitive parts on site. This is where we start.

02Crews

Experts on demand

The same know-how helps people. A junior on site sees how an expert solved the same task, or gets an expert on the line when it counts. Visual help for every crew, wherever the job is.

Trade by trade

One industry, ranked by revenue.

We start where spending is highest and the hands are in frame, then work our way through the entire build.

  1. 01

    Now

    Electrical

€88.2B in revenue and 575,000 workers in Germany. The largest installation trade.

  2. 02

    Next

    Plumbing & heating

€59.1B in revenue and 390,000 workers in Germany. Same sites, same crews.

  3. 03

    Then

    Structural work

The bulk of the hours on any job site: masonry, rebar, formwork.

  4. 04

    Then

    Finishing

Drywall, flooring, painting. Many hands, many sites, worldwide.
